Our field trials are at NO COST, there are NO FEES associated with being part of one of our field trials. If you have an issue with Zoonotic disease please reach out to us for assistance and consultation. We will conduct a field trial anywhere in the United States.

Are you currently under any local, state or federal restrictions on your property?
Are you currently testing any diseases?
What diseases have you had in the past?

This information will be kept confidential and will not be shared. ZPD will evaluate the information and contact you to discuss in further detail. This questionnaire does not enroll you in the field trial program nor does it obligate ZPD to perform a field trial study on your property. The Field Trial Program is voluntary and is by accepted invitation only from ZPD to property owner. Thank you for taking the time to complete the questionnaire.
